About me

My name is Samantha. Welcome! I am a small town Michigan native who transplanted to the big city for close to twenty years. Chicago is my second home and the place I have spent most of my adult years. As of 2020, I am back in my home state of Michigan once again. I am an exceptionally blessed mom, a dedicated disciple of Jesus, theology nerd, natural living enthusiast, generally crunchy and sometimes salty, Midwesterner. I’ve been personally impacted by mental health issues, and suicide loss. I am passionate about suicide awareness, the process of grief, and the circular journey toward healing. 

I strive everyday to be an active participant in this life God has given me. Those who know me well would call me intentional, spiritual, genuine, discerning, brave, and ambitious. My name means “Listener” or “Listener of God” and that has been prophetic in my life. I am happy to have you along with me. Let’s grow together. Much love and many blessings!
